<\/p>\nWMG Foundation has presented a special publication titled \u201cSpOna,\u201d created to mark the launch of the women\u2019s initiative of the same name.<\/p>\n

The publication was introduced at an event celebrating two years of the WMG Foundation\u2019s work, during which the Women\u2019s Initiative \u201cSpOna\u201d project was officially launched. The event was attended by representatives of institutions, partners from the business and civil sectors, members of the diplomatic corps, as well as collaborators and friends of the foundation.<\/p>\n
The \u201cSpOna\u201d publication is conceived as a kind of manifesto dedicated to women\u2019s struggle and women\u2019s success. Through a series of interviews with women who have achieved notable results in various fields, this edition provides a unique insight into the current situation and challenges faced by women, as well as recommendations aimed at improving existing practices for the benefit of society as a whole.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSpOna\u201d initiative itself is designed as a space for connecting women and organizations, with the goal of strengthening their position and influence in society through joint action.<\/p>\n
The project focuses on areas where women are present and successful, but still encounter obstacles in reaching their full professional and social potential\u2014science, business, sports, creative industries, and diplomacy.<\/p>\n
Through networking, knowledge exchange, and increasing visibility, \u201cSpOna\u201d aims to contribute to the empowerment of women, provide support at different stages of their professional development, and encourage their greater participation in social processes.<\/p>\n
