In a dynamic discussion with representatives of different sectors, the importance of continuous investment in people was highlighted, as well as the creation of an environment that encourages the development of potential and enables equal opportunities for advancement. On this occasion, Irena Petrovi\u0107 spoke about the importance of connecting different sectors and initiatives that contribute to the development of society, as well as the importance of supporting young people and women in the process of professional empowerment, also referring to the recent launch of the SpOna women\u2019s initiative, aimed at empowering and networking women.<\/p>\n
\u201cSociety can truly progress only if women have equal opportunities and participate equally in its development. Despite the challenges and stereotypes that are still present, we believe that through joint efforts we can create an environment in which every woman will have the opportunity to fulfil her full potential. That is precisely why we launched the SpOna initiative, as a space for connecting and cooperation among all those who share this vision. Change is a process, but examples of developed societies show that it is possible and attainable,\u201d said Irena Petrovi\u0107, Director of the WMG Foundation.<\/p>\n
