Its aim was to enhance climate change education in primary schools across Serbia, with a focus on empowering pupils to become active participants in tackling this global challenge. Through education on the causes, consequences, and possible solutions to climate change, the project worked to raise environmental awareness among young people and to lay the foundations for a sustainable future.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d69e5f1 animated-fast elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d69e5f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The project was based on research conducted by scientists from the University of Novi Sad, which highlighted a significant gap in climate change education in primary schools. The sessions covered key topics, including the causes, effects, and mitigation measures related to climate change. Following the lectures, pupils took part in practical activities such as planting seedlings in school yards.
